We are continually searching for the best coffee beans from around the World to represent the variety of tastes and textures that can be experienced in a cup of fresh coffee.

We also do much research and experimentation to find the best way to roast these beans to unlock their flavours.

All these coffees are available in the shops in 227g (8oz) packs.

Bean14 was asked to develop a coffee blend specifically for the Forest Stores in Guernsey - the result being a rich coffee that is well balanced, has a smooth mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste…..pure pleasure!! The Forest Stores is a local independent store which was founded in 1959 by Norman Bienvenu and his wife Una. Since 1985 it has been run by two of his sons, Kieth and Dennis. Over the years Forest Stores has grown from a ‘front room shop’ to a large supermarket offering a wide range of quality foods from all over the world. Ground for: Cafetieres/Filter/Jug

Harrar Exotic, rich and complex Country: Ethiopia Region: Harrar, eastern Ethiopia Farm: n/a Certification: n/a Status: Roasting Now Strength: A beguilingly complex medium-dark roast with an unusual ripe fruit aroma, weighty mouthfeel and hints of blueberries, wine and chocolate. Finca San Francisco Tecuamburro Earthy tones perfectly balanced with smooth chocolate and medium acidity Country: Guatamala Region: Chiquimulilla – Guazacapan Farm: Tecuamburro Certification: n/a Status: Roasting Now Strength: Sergio Barillas Escamilla’s farm has been growing coffee for over a century, in the unique location in a crater of the dormant Tecuamburro Volcano! Shade cover is provided by cujillo and guagua trees, which have a heavy leaf fall contributing to the rich leaf mould, providing a rich soil humis. The altitude and climate conditions, along with three varieties of coffee tree – Bourbon, Catuai and Caturra – combine to give this coffee depth and complexity....this is a really fine cup of coffee.
